Model of the 12-rowing boat of Empress Catherine II

The peculiarity of this small model is that both the ship itself and the crew are depicted with the same care and attention. The model of the boat with rowers was created in the 1820-s when the golden age of Catherine II had already passed and bears the features of nostalgia for  that brilliant time.
