The exhibition hall is dedicated to Russia's struggle to enter the South Seas, the creation and development of the Black Sea Fleet, the founding and construction of the city of Sevastopol, the participation of Black Sea sailors in the Russian-Turkish wars of the XVIII-XIX centuries and the fighting of the Black Sea Fleet at the beginning of the Eastern (Crimean) War of 1853-1856.
