The exposition of the hall is dedicated to two stages of the history of the Black Sea Fleet: the participation of Black Sea sailors in the Russian-Turkish War of 1877-1878 and the beginning of the shipbuilding of the armored fleet on the Black Sea at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries.
